Payment Terms
Payments must be made upfront. Pricing is agreed upon before the campaign starts. Refunds are provided only if a song is not accepted for placement.
Service Delivery
Songs are reviewed for quality and genre compatibility. We aim to meet promised stream counts within 30-80 days but cannot guarantee specific engagement metrics.
User Responsibilities
Ensure you own the rights to your music. Avoid fraudulent activities, such as fake streams or bot driven plays.
Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages.Actions taken by third party platforms, such as playlist removals or account suspensions
Termination
We may terminate services if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities. Payments made prior to termination are non refundable.
